Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pg363" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the pg363 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the management and provision of services at pg363.net.
• "Platform" — the website located at pg363.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, sportsbook markets, promotional tools, and account management features accessible therein.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — any individual who has successfully registered an account on the pg363 Platform and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration, used to access all Platform services and to hold an IDR-denominated balance.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook market, casino game, live dealer game, RNG title, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits awarded to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by pg363 before a Member may process a withdrawal or as otherwise requested by the Platform.
• "Restricted Activities" — actions expressly prohibited under Clause 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting tools.
• "Business Day" — any day excluding public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and other nationally recognized public holidays as declared by the Indonesian government).

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on the pg363 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on the pg363 Platform is 21, in line with the age-restriction standards applied by internationally recognized gambling regulators.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where accessing the Platform constitutes a criminal offence under that local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of pg363 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (placed through the Platform's responsible gaming tools) or mandatory (imposed by a regulatory authority).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.1. pg363 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the pg363 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pg363 employs technical, behavioral, and documentary measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, all associated Balances and Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals processed from duplicate Accounts may be reversed.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name (matching your national ID or passport), date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pg363 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pg363 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Balance in excess of minimum withdrawal thresholds will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

3.5 Account Suspension by pg363. pg363 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Restricted Activities, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, pg363 may freeze the Account Balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

4.1 pg363 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any other time pg363 deems it necessary in its sole discretion.

4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents, though pg363 may request additional documentation at its discretion:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older. This is typically satisfied by the date of birth shown on your Proof of Identity document.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered to your Account. The name on the payment method must match the name on your Account.

4.3 Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. pg363 targets a KYC review turnaround of 1–3 Business Days from receipt of complete documentation. Members who fail to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request may have their Account suspended and their Balance held pending compliance review.

5.1 Supported Methods. pg363 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• QRIS: Universal scan-to-pay via any compatible Indonesian banking app

5.2 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside standard banking hours or during periods of high transaction volume may take longer to clear. pg363 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. pg363 reserves the right to apply maximum deposit limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis, particularly where enhanced due diligence is required.

5.4 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees incurred, and your Account may be suspended pending review.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. pg363 does not charge fees for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pg363's control and are borne solely by the Member.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Clause 4), your withdrawal request must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal amount, and any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in your Balance must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Processing Times. pg363 targets the following withdrawal processing windows, measured from the time pg363 approves the withdrawal request (following any applicable security and KYC checks):

• BCA transfers: 15 minutes – 3 hours
• BRI, BNI, Mandiri transfers: 15 minutes – 3 hours
• Other bank transfers: 1 – 6 hours
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: 5 – 30 minutes
• ShopeePay, LinkAja: 5 – 60 minutes

These processing times are targets, not guarantees. Bank-side delays, national public holidays (including Idul Fitri), and regulatory review requirements may extend these windows. pg363 will communicate any material delays to affected Members via their registered email address.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless pg363's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This requirement is a fraud prevention measure and is non-negotiable.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. pg363 applies minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. Members who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Contact support via live chat to enquire about elevated limits.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal. pg363 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) the withdrawal would result in a negative Account Balance after pending wager settlement; (b) the Account is under security review or KYC verification; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; or (d) the withdrawal is associated with a wager placed in breach of these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by pg363 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where those specific terms conflict with this Clause 7, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the relevant promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the Bonus Fund amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically low-margin table games such as baccarat and blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Welcome Bonus. The pg363 welcome bonus is available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit. Each eligible Member may claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by opening duplicate Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and permanent Account closure.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. pg363 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements while minimizing variance (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); coordinated play between multiple Accounts to fulfil wagering requirements; and exploitation of promotional offers not intended for the Member's account tier or jurisdiction. Where bonus abuse is detected, pg363 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, suspend the Account, and recover any withdrawn bonus-derived funds.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets expire as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation. It is the Member's responsibility to track the expiry dates of active bonuses.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pg363 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pg363. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number is generated. pg363 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market that has been suspended, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

8.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that a sportsbook market is offered at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or data feed failure, pg363 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price. Members will be notified of voided bets, and the staked amount will be returned to their Account Balance.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance latency and market suspension. Bets placed on in-play markets that are suspended before acceptance will be voided and the stake returned. pg363's in-play service covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other major leagues, as well as badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP, and major e-sports events.

8.4 Casino & RNG Games. All casino and RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators and are independent of any prior game result. Malfunctions in any game software — caused by a technical fault on pg363's system or a third-party game supplier's system — void all affected game rounds, and stakes will be returned to Members' Account Balances. pg363 is not responsible for losses arising from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules.

8.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with pg363 support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. pg363's decision on bet settlement disputes, after review, is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg363 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, recovery of withdrawn funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the pg363 Platform to process, conceal, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity. pg363 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent Account restrictions, or exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game environment on the Platform.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage Betting at Scale: Systematic exploitation of pricing differences between pg363 and other operators at a scale that demonstrates an intent to profit from pricing anomalies rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access the Platform's back-end systems, game code, databases, or any other restricted technical component without authorization.

10.1 pg363 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, and we provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their activity.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from within the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place wagers, but your Account and Balance are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent exclusion option that closes your Account indefinitely. Self-excluded Members are removed from all marketing communications and are blocked from re-registering for a minimum of 6 months.

11.1 All content on the pg363 Platform — including but not limited to the pg363 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pg363 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pg363.

11.3 Game content provided by third-party suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier and is subject to the supplier's own licensing arrangements with pg363.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg363 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even if pg363 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 pg363's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pg363 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, and third-party service failures may periodically affect Platform availability. pg363 will use reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg363 is incorporated and licensed. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to attempt resolution of any dispute through pg363's internal support process. To raise a formal complaint, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]" and provide full details of the issue, including relevant dates, transaction references, and your desired resolution. pg363 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 Business Days and will provide a substantive response within 10 Business Days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Clause 13.2, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified by pg363's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from pg363 support.

14.1 pg363 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory guidance, or urgent security considerations.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

14.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time a bet is placed governs the settlement of that bet and any related dispute, unless pg363 determines at its sole discretion that a more recent version should apply.
